Weeki Wachee Films 8mm

Weeki Wachee is a natural spring in Florida that has been a must-see tourist destination since 1947. This spring is one of the only places in the world where you can see mermaids perform elaborate underwater shows without ever coming to the surface. This month we share two 8mm films of these famed performances in our museum archives.
