Firma Ruhe Plaque

Last month, MOAPH’s translator, Alex Haro, visited the house where the Ruhe family once lived to hang a MOAPH monument marker. The building itself has been around since the year 1620, and today, it’s the office of Peter Schlegel’s Landscaping Service. However, the town of Alfeld still honors the Ruhe’s animal trading history with an animal museum called “Terra Exotica”.
