Kordon Mod Filter

After Kordon was no longer the distribution arm in the U.S. for the German-made Eheim aquarium filters, they decided to design and manufacture their own canister filter called the Mod-Four in 1974. Notice they called this filter the Modu•Filter in the ad, but it was later changed to Mod-Four.

We recently found two brand-new Mod-Four filters at the closed Carl Naja Aquarium Wholesaler. It is amazing to find two rare “brand new” Mod-Four filters that are actually 50 years old!
