Golden Voiced Canaries

MOAPH has two copies of this record featuring Provol’s Golden Birds. Based on the cover art, these may have been roller canaries, as roller canaries were known for singing with their mouths closed.

The oldest version of this record we have is from 1947 and is a 78 rpm, but later it appears Decca Records came out with a 45 rpm version in 1952.
